Support and next steps

With the expected weather system approaching, we have proactively set up the following:

• Two incident teams are working shifts to monitor the situation 24/7.

• We have a large contingent of staff on-call.

• We are staffing critical water treatment plants 24/7.

• We have generators stored at yards ready for deployment.

• Our maintenance staff and contractors have lined up subcontractors to support our response.

• At this stage all Watercare facilities are working as expected, and we will be updating this page with any updates important to the community.
